Last Seedship — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Last Seedship (“the app”) and its developer, Siarhiej Piatroŭski (“we”, “us”), handle information when you use the app.
Overview
Last Seedship is a single-player science-fiction strategy game.
The app does not require a Last Seedship account, does not contain advertising, does not sell personal data, and is not used to track people across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Most gameplay information remains on your device. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and improve stability.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics creates a random app-instance identifier for an installation of the app. Analytics may collect:
- App launches, sessions, and general product interactions
- Selected gameplay milestones and outcomes
- Score, cycle, and jump counts
- Language and app version
- Device model, operating-system version, and general device information
- Approximate geographic information derived from a masked IP address
- Purchase events, such as product ID, product name, price, currency, and purchase or restore status
We use this information to understand feature usage, game progression and balance, audience size, and opportunities to improve the app.
We do not send the following information to Firebase Analytics:
- Names or email addresses
- Commander labels
- Complete save data or voyage logs
- Purchase receipts or transaction tokens
- Text prepared for sharing
- Apple ID or Game Center account details
We do not set a Firebase user ID.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics may collect information when the app crashes or encounters a fatal error, including:
- Crash reports and stack traces
- Exception names and messages
- Crash timestamps
- Relevant app state
- App and bundle version
- Device model and operating-system information
- Crashlytics and Firebase installation identifiers
- Other technical diagnostic information
Because Crashlytics is used together with Firebase Analytics, crash reports may include breadcrumb events describing app interactions immediately before a crash.
We use this information only to investigate errors, improve stability, and reduce crashes.
We do not attach commander labels, complete save data, voyage logs, purchase payloads, or custom user IDs to crash reports.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app may store the following information locally:
- Current voyage state and voyage log
- Save data and local result history
- An optional commander label
- Selected language and audio settings
- Tutorial and interface-hint completion
- Universe seed values
- Trial start time
- Cached premium-unlock status
- Local Game Center achievement progress
- A pending best score awaiting Game Center synchronization
The app does not provide a first-party cloud-save service. This local information is not transmitted to the developer.
Deleting the app normally removes its local data, subject to Apple’s device backup and restore behavior.
Purchases and Trial Access
Last Seedship may offer a time-limited free trial and a one-time lifetime unlock through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store payment-card details.
The app receives product information and purchase status needed to deliver and restore the unlock. Firebase Analytics may record the purchase events described above.
Apple may process information related to your Apple ID, purchase history, payment method, and device under Apple’s own privacy policy.
Apple Game Center
Game Center features are optional.
If you use Game Center, the app may read your Game Center alias, achievement progress, and leaderboard entries. The app may send:
- Achievement progress
- The best Survival Score from eligible completed missions
- A universe seed stored as leaderboard score context
Game Center authentication and player identity are provided by Apple. The app does not receive your Apple ID email address.
Commander labels, voyage logs, complete save data, and purchase information are not sent to Game Center. You can remain signed out of Game Center and continue using the core game.
Sharing
Sharing occurs only after you choose a share action.
The app may prepare text containing an App Store link, universe seed, or run summary and then open the operating-system share sheet. You choose where the information is sent.
Information sent to a selected third-party service is governed by that service’s privacy practices.
Data Sharing and Service Providers
We use the following service providers:
- Google Firebase Analytics for app-usage analytics
- Google Firebase Crashlytics for crash and diagnostic reporting
- Apple for App Store purchases, Game Center, and operating-system services
These providers process information to provide their services to us or to you.
We do not:
- Sell or rent personal information
- Share information with data brokers
- Use information for third-party advertising
- Use information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking
Advertising and Tracking
Last Seedship contains no advertising SDK or third-party advertising network.
The app does not request permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites. Firebase data is not used for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.
Data Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is overwritten, cleared by app behavior, or removed through app or device data management.
For a standard Google Analytics property, user-level and event-level data is retained for the period configured for the property, which may be 2 or 14 months. Standard aggregated reports may be retained for longer.
Firebase Crashlytics retains crash stack traces and associated installation identifiers for approximately 90 days before beginning removal from its live and backup systems.
Apple retains purchase and Game Center information according to Apple’s own policies.
Your Choices and Rights
You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app and managing any applicable device backups.
You can manage Game Center, purchases, and Apple privacy settings through your Apple account and device settings.
The current version of the app does not include an in-app switch for Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics collection. Removing the app stops future collection from that installation.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, restriction of, objection to, or deletion of personal data.
Because the app does not create an account and Firebase identifiers are pseudonymous, we may need additional app or device information to locate a record. We may not be able to connect a Firebase record to an email address alone.

Children’s Privacy
The app does not ask users to provide their age, name, email address, or other contact information.
The technical, usage, and diagnostic collection described in this policy applies in the same way to all users. A parent or guardian may contact us with a privacy question or request.
Security and International Processing
Firebase data is encrypted while being transmitted.
Google and Apple may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their terms, privacy policies, and applicable data-transfer protections.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its service providers, or legal requirements change.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
